One of my top priorities in managing Ever Ellis’s social media was consistency and quality. I achieved that through a profile rebrand, developing and maintaining a cohesive visual voice, and consistently pushing regularly scheduled content with automation platforms such as Hootsuite and Planoly. I utilized shareable templates, branded animations, and stories to increase traffic and keep the brand in our customer’s top of mind awareness. In just two months of managing Ever Ellis’s Instagram, I increased weekly profile visits from 100 users per week to over 1500.

Content Planning

Custom social media post planning calendar I use to organize images, captions, usernames, holidays, company events, Instagram story themes, and more. Created in InDesign.

Instagram “Templates”

I created sharable story templates on Instagram to encourage users to increase the brand’s organic reach. Typically I saw a 15% increase in profile visits during the first 24 hours after a template went live as users clicked into the profile to take a screenshot. This tactic also worked to increase engagement and user interactions. All of this comes together to improve the brand’s content variety and ranking in the algorithm.

Profile Rebranding

I rebranded Ever Ellis’s social profiles to reflect the fact that it is a wholesale brand that sells to stores. Beyond the tagline, I wanted to add a call to action to increase website clicks and also highlight showroom cities to add credibility and a frame of reference. I encouraged the team to use a new, abbreviated EE brand mark to add a splash of color and also because it’s more versatile than the full word mark. I utilized Facebook and Instagram stories to post time-sensitive updates that don’t necessarily need to be permanent posts or don’t fit into the brand’s visual aesthetic.
